What do I need to know before ordering?

Delivery Requirements
Our saunas are delivered worldwide in secure flatpack pallets by standard freight trucks. To ensure a smooth delivery, please prepare the following:
- A clear access route suitable for a delivery truck
- Sufficient space to unload the pallet at the curb
- Someone available on the scheduled delivery day to receive the shipment
For reference, the Outdoor Sauna Cube pallet measures approximately 2.0 m × 1.2 m × 1.0 m.
If you have selected Saunamo’s professional installation service, your sauna will be delivered a few days before installation.
This ensures all components are on-site and ready for assembly. For this reason, please make sure you have adequate space to store the pallet safely until installation day.

Electrical Requirements
The Outdoor Sauna Cube uses a 6 kW electric sauna heater.
For safe operation, the heater must be connected by a licensed electrician according to local electrical standards.

Basic requirements
Your sauna should be placed on a stable, level, and weather-resistant base. Suitable options include:
- Concrete slab
- Treated wood deck
- Stone or brick flooring
- Compacted gravel sidewalk
Avoid installing directly on soil or grass.

If you choose this service, your sauna will be delivered a few days before installation, and the team will handle the entire assembly process on-site.

If you prefer to install the sauna yourself, each unit includes clear, step-by-step visual manuals—similar in style and simplicity to IKEA instructions.
Most clients complete the assembly in one day, with two people.
