Saunamo built us a sauna last winter, and what can I say—we were amazed by the quality, customer service, design, and functionality. It wasn't an easy job because we live in a very remote location, but they didn't shy away from the challenge and got the job done. We use the sauna frequently (3-4 times a week) and are absolutely delighted with it. Last summer, the wood moved a little due to temperature variations and a small gap appeared. Saunamo fixed it immediately—something quite rare in customer service these days. Communication was always fast and reliable, and issues were resolved right away.
