01 What is included with the Cube ice bath? +

The Cube ice bath includes the tub, external cooling unit, connection hoses, 2 paper filters, access step, app remote control, insulating cover, tools and assembly instructions. Delivery, unloading, base preparation, socket, water and drainage are separate unless included in your quote.

02 How much space and what base does Cube need? +

The Cube tub is about 1050 mm in exterior diameter, 880 mm tall and around 600 kg when full. Prepare a level, stable base for that load and leave ventilated space for the cooling unit. The cooling unit must not be boxed in.

03 What do I need to prepare before Cube delivery? +

Prepare the base, water point, drainage, protected 230 V socket and clear access for the tub and cooling unit. Decide where the chiller will stand so hoses reach cleanly and air can circulate.

04 What is Cube ice bath maintenance like? +

Replace the paper filter about every 2 weeks. Drain, clean and refill every 4 to 6 weeks, or sooner with heavy use. Keep the cover on between sessions and keep the cooling unit clean and ventilated.

05 How cold does Cube get and stay? +

The cooling unit can chill the water down to about 3°C and hold the set temperature continuously. Many users set 8-12°C for routine plunges and lower temperatures for shorter, more advanced sessions.

06 What warranty and support does Cube include? +

Cube includes a 3-year Saunamo warranty against manufacturing defects on the tub, cooling unit and integrated electronics, with technical support and parts guidance after purchase.
