02How does delivery work?+
Saunamo outdoor saunas are delivered on flatpack pallets by standard freight. You need clear truck access and unloading space close to the delivery point.
03What base do I need to prepare for Hiki S Outdoor Sauna?+
The sauna should sit on a level, stable, weather-resistant base. Common options are a concrete slab, structural treated-wood deck or level stone paving.
04What are the electrical requirements?+
A potência recomendada no bloco técnico define a ligação. Na maioria das saunas exteriores, o aquecedor usa uma linha 400 V trifásica + neutro, dimensionada por eletricista qualificado. O cabo exterior deve ser protegido e instalado segundo as normas locais.
