01 What is included in the Cube 200 base price? +

The base set includes the Cube 200 tub with Thermowood exterior and fibreglass interior, integrated wood-fired heater, PIR-insulated cover, 8-jet bubble system, UV, sand filter, interior LED, wooden cover storage box and removable steps. Delivery, base preparation, firewood and optional 3 kW electric assist are separate unless listed in your quote.

02 Why choose Cube 200 instead of a round Therma? +

Cube 200 is square, more architectural and easy to align with decks, walls and corners. A round Therma feels more classic in a garden. Construction, wood heating and the core feature set are similar, so choose mainly by footprint, look and where the tub will sit.

03 How does Cube 200 heating work, with wood and electric assist? +

The integrated stainless wood stove heats the water directly and is the main heat source. The optional 3 kW electric assist helps maintain temperature between sessions, but the wood heater is what you use for a full heat-up from cold.

04 How long does Cube 200 take to heat up? +

From cold water to around 38°C, allow about 3 to 5 hours of active wood-firing depending on outdoor temperature, cover use and how strongly the fire is maintained.

05 What site preparation does Cube 200 need? +

Prepare a level, weather-resistant base that can carry the filled tub, a clear delivery route, water supply, drainage and safe chimney clearance. The square footprint works especially well next to straight deck lines or garden walls.

06 What maintenance, warranty and winter use apply to Cube 200? +

Maintain water chemistry, clean the filter and drain or renew water according to use. Cube 200 has a 3-year Saunamo warranty against manufacturing defects. Winter use is fine with the insulated cover and proper water care; drain fully if it will sit unused in freezing weather.
