Our saunas are delivered worldwide in secure flatpack pallets by standard transport trucks. To ensure smooth delivery, please prepare the following:

  • A free access route suitable for a delivery truck
  • Sufficient space to unload the pallet on the sidewalk
  • Someone available on the scheduled delivery date to receive the order

If you have selected Saunamo's professional installation service, your sauna will be delivered a few days before installation.

This ensures that all components are on site and ready for assembly.
