What do I need to know before ordering?

Delivery Requirements
Our saunas are delivered worldwide in secure flatpack pallets by standard transport trucks. To ensure smooth delivery, please prepare the following:
- A free access route suitable for a delivery truck
- Sufficient space to unload the pallet on the sidewalk
- Someone available on the scheduled delivery date to receive the order
If you have selected Saunamo's professional installation service, your sauna will be delivered a few days before installation.
This ensures that all components are on site and ready for assembly.

Electrical Requirements
The Cube 220 Outdoor Sauna uses an electric sauna heater of at least 9 kW, but we recommend 11 kW when possible.
For safe operation, the heater must be connected by a certified electrician in accordance with local electrical standards.

Your sauna should be placed on a stable, level, and weather-resistant base. Suitable options include:
