Where are Saunamo products made?

Our products are made in Europe, mainly in Finland and the Baltic states, with our headquarters and showroom in Ourém, Portugal.

What is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the product and destination. In-stock products can often be ready in about one week. Built-to-order and bespoke products usually take around 6–8 weeks. We confirm the expected timeline before your order is finalised.

Do products include installation?

Some products can be installed by our team or an approved partner, depending on location and product type. Contact us and we will confirm what is available for your address.

Orders and Support

Can I request a bespoke sauna?

Yes. We design bespoke indoor and outdoor saunas for private homes, hospitality spaces and commercial projects.

What warranty do you offer?

Saunamo products include warranty coverage according to the product type and applicable terms. Wooden sauna structures are covered against manufacturing defects under the terms of sale. Product-specific components may have separate manufacturer warranties.

Can I return a product?

Returns are handled according to our terms of sale. Standard unused products may be eligible for return within the applicable cancellation period. Bespoke, installed or made-to-order products may not be returnable once production has started.
