Initial planning
We’ll review the layout, dimensions, and access with you before you place your order. The Aura only requires a level floor, adequate ventilation, and a standard 230V outlet near the installation site.

Home delivery
The sauna arrives in flat-pack modules that fit together, delivered directly to the address you provide. We will confirm the delivery date and access route with you in advance.

Easy assembly
Assembly takes 1–2 hours and can be done by one person—the modules snap together without any special tools. If you prefer, the Saunamo team also offers professional installation. The connection is plug-and-play: just plug it into a 230V outlet. No electrician, no construction work.

02How long does it take to get ready for a session?+
The infrared panels begin to generate a sensation of warmth within a few minutes. Unlike a traditional sauna, the heat acts more directly on the body and does not rely as much on heating the air inside the cabin. Under normal use, it is ready for a comfortable session in about 10 to 15 minutes.
03Is it safe to use a sauna indoors?+
Yes. It is designed for indoor home use, featuring built-in infrared components, an 8-mm tempered glass door, and is easy to use on a daily basis. As with any electrical wellness product, the outlet and electrical circuit must be compatible with the model.
04How long does it take to deliver the Aura 110 sauna?+
1–2 weeks, if the model is in stock. If it is made to order, the usual lead time is6–8 weeks. We always confirm the exact lead time before finalizing the order.
05What kind of space is ideal?+
Measuring 1026 x 1100 x 2100 mm and with a floor area of just 0.82 m², it works very well in compact indoor spaces, such as wellness corners, apartments, offices, and small home spa areas.
06What are the electrical requirements for the Aura 110 sauna?+
It uses a 1.8 kW full-spectrum infrared system and is designed for plug-and-play indoor installation. It is intended for use with a standard household outlet, but we always recommend checking to make sure the outlet and circuit are compatible with the model.
07How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in a flat-pack format for indoor assembly. Since it is more compact and lightweight than a traditional sauna, access is usually easier, but we still check the entire route to the final room.
08Can I install the sauna myself?+
Yes. It was designed for simple modular assembly and is one of the easiest saunas to install in the range. If you prefer, you can also use Saunamo’s certified installation service.
09What warranty is included with the Aura 110 sauna?+
It includes a 3-year warranty on the structure and components covered by the respective terms and conditions. If any covered issue arises, the Saunamo team will help assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
10How do I know which Aura model is right for me?+
The Aura 110 is the best choice if you're looking for a compact design, fast infrared heating, and a cabin designed primarily for single use. If you want more space for two people or a more spacious solo session, the Aura 150 is the best option.
