Initial planning
We’ll review the layout, dimensions, and access with you before you place your order. The Aura only requires a level floor, adequate ventilation, and a standard 230V outlet near the installation site.

Home delivery
The sauna arrives in flat-pack modules that fit together, delivered directly to the address you provide. We will confirm the delivery date and access route with you in advance.

Easy assembly
Assembly takes 1–2 hours and can be done by one person—the modules snap together without any special tools. If you prefer, the Saunamo team also offers professional installation. The connection is plug-and-play: just plug it into a 230V outlet. No electrician, no construction work.

02How long does it take to get ready for a session?+
The infrared panels begin to generate a sensation of warmth within a few minutes. Unlike a traditional sauna, the heat acts more directly on the body and does not rely as much on heating the air inside the cabin. Under normal use, it is ready for a comfortable session in about 10 to 15 minutes.
03Is it safe to use a sauna indoors?+
Yes. It is designed for indoor household use, featuring built-in infrared components, tempered glass elements, and ease of use in everyday life. As with any electrical wellness product, the outlet and electrical circuit must be compatible with the model.
04How long does it take to deliver the Aura 150 sauna?+
1–2 weeks, if the model is in stock. If it is made to order, the usual lead time is6–8 weeks. We always confirm the exact lead time before finalizing the order.
05What kind of space is ideal?+
Measuring 1500 x 1100 x 2100 mm, it fits into a wider range of interior spaces when you need more width than the Aura 110 offers without having to install a traditional sauna. It works well in wellness rooms, apartments, and compact spa areas.
06What are the electrical requirements for the Aura 150 sauna?+
It uses a 2.4 kW full-spectrum infrared system and is designed for plug-and-play indoor installation. It is intended for use with a standard household electrical outlet, but we always recommend verifying that the outlet and circuit are compatible with the model.
07How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in flat-pack form for indoor assembly. Before delivery, we confirm access to the property and to the final room, especially if the route includes stairs, narrow hallways, or an elevator.

Yes. It’s modular and designed for easy indoor installation. Since it’s a larger infrared cabin than the Aura 110, some customers prefer to use Saunamo’s certified installation service.
