01 Which Tuli model fits my sauna? +

Tuli 16: saunas from 6 to 12 m³
Tuli 20: saunas from 8 to 20 m³
Tuli 30: saunas from 15 to 30 m³

02 How do I order the chimney set for Tuli? +

No. The chimney set is sold separately for every Tuli model and should be added when you confirm the roof or wall route for the installation.

03 Are stones included with Tuli? +

Stones can be added as an extra on the product page. The correct amount is 30, 33 or 50 kg depending on the selected Tuli model.

04 What do I prepare before installing Tuli? +

Heat-resistant base under the heater
Chimney route with correct safety clearances
Combustion air supply
Heat protection if nearby walls are close

05 How long does Tuli take to heat the sauna? +

From cold to around 80°C, allow about 30-60 minutes for Tuli 16, 45-75 minutes for Tuli 20 and 60-90 minutes for Tuli 30. Time varies with outside temperature, insulation and firing rhythm.

06 How much firewood does Tuli use per session? +

Per heat-up, expect about 6-10 kg for Tuli 16, 10-15 kg for Tuli 20 and 15-22 kg for Tuli 30. Use dry firewood for cleaner burning and better heat output.
