The sauna arrives packed in flat panels and is delivered directly to the address you provide. We will confirm the delivery date and check the access route with you in advance—the Cube requires adequate space for unloading.

02How does delivery work?+
It is delivered in flat-pack form for outdoor installation. Since this is the largest model in this series, we need to review truck access, unloading space, and the entire route to the final installation site before confirming delivery.
03What kind of base do I need to prepare?+
You need a level, stable, and weather-resistant foundation across the entire installation area. For a model of this size, the most important thing is to have a well-prepared, level, and structurally stable foundation that can withstand the weight of the sauna and outdoor conditions. If you don’t already have a foundation in place, we can also provide a wooden deck as an additional option.
04What are the electrical requirements for the Cube sauna?+
The Cube sauna is available with the 10.5 kW Kajo and 10.5 kW Taika electric heaters, as well as the Pyros 18, Pyros 25, Tuli 16, and Tuli 20 wood-burning heaters. If you choose an electric heater, the power supply and final wiring must be prepared for the selected model and installed by a certified electrician. Saunamo provides the technical documentation and wiring diagram for the model to the electrician in charge. If you prefer a wood-fired option, we will confirm the final technical configuration with you before placing the order.
05Can I install the sauna myself?+
Yes. It is supplied for on-site assembly along with the necessary instructions. Given its size and level of finish, many customers prefer to use Saunamo’s certified installation service.
06How long does it take to deliver the Cube sauna?+
If the model is in stock, the usual delivery time is 1–2 weeks. If it is made to order, the usual delivery time is 8–12 weeks. We always confirm the exact delivery time before finalizing the order.
07How does after-sales support work?+
After delivery, we remain available to assist with technical questions, replacement parts, maintenance guidance, and warranty support whenever needed.
08What warranty is included with the Cube sauna?+
It includes a 3-year warranty on the structure and components covered by the respective terms and conditions. If any covered issue arises, the Saunamo team will help assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
