01What is included with Koti 2 Indoor Sauna?+
Cabin for the selected model, interior benches, glass elements planned for that version, hardware and assembly manual.
Heater, stones, final electrical connection, delivery and assembly are not included.
02How long does Koti 2 Indoor Sauna take to heat up?+
With a heater matched to the sauna volume, the usual time is about 15 to 25 minutes. The room, insulation and ambient temperature also affect heat-up time.
03Is Koti 2 Indoor Sauna safe indoors?+
Yes. Indoor saunas are designed for domestic indoor use, with materials suited to heat and humidity and ventilation built into the model. Final electrical connection must be validated by a certified electrician.
04How long from order to delivery?+
1–2 semanas , if the product is in stock. When the sauna is built to order, the usual lead time is 6–8 semanas.
05What room is ideal for this sauna?+
Choose a dry, level and ventilated indoor room with enough access for delivery, assembly and maintenance. Electrical requirements should be checked by a certified electrician before use.
06What are the electrical requirements?+
A dedicated supply compatible with the selected model is required and must be validated by a certified electrician. Power and connection type depend on the heater and existing installation, so we always send the model’s technical documentation.
07How does delivery work?+
The sauna ships flatpack. It is important to ensure a clear access route to the delivery point and someone available to receive the order on the agreed day.
08Can I assemble Koti 2 Indoor Sauna myself?+
The sauna is supplied with assembly documentation and can be installed by you or by a local team. If you prefer, Saunamo can help coordinate professional assembly where available.
09What warranty is included with Koti 2 Indoor Sauna?+
Your sauna includes a 3-year warranty on the structure and components covered by their terms. If a question or issue comes up, we help assess the case and guide the next steps.
