01 What sauna size does Noki support? +

Noki 12 is made for saunas from 7 to 12 m³. It is a single-model line: if your sauna is in that range, Noki is the right wood-fired heater.

02 Is the chimney included with Noki? +

Yes. The chimney is supplied with the heater. The route through the roof or wall must be planned according to the technical manual and safety clearances.

03 Are stones included with Noki? +

Stones can be added as an extra on the product page. The correct amount for Noki is 20 kg.

04 What do I prepare before installing Noki? +

Heat-resistant base under the heater
Chimney route with correct clearances
Combustion air supply
Heat protection if walls are close

05 How long does Noki take to heat the sauna? +

From cold to around 80°C, allow about 30 to 60 minutes of active firing in a 7-12 m³ sauna. Time varies with outside temperature, insulation and firing rhythm.

06 How much firewood does Noki use per session? +

For one full session in a 7-12 m³ sauna, expect about 6-10 kg of dry firewood. Winter use can need more; dry wood heats better and smokes less.
