How to choose the model

Pyros 18 covers saunas up to 18 m³. Pyros 25 covers roughly 16-25 m³. The stone mass follows the model.

01 Which Pyros model fits my sauna? +

Pyros 18: saunas up to 18 m³
Pyros 25: saunas from 16 to 25 m³

With a lot of glass or weaker insulation, choose Pyros 25 even near the lower end.

02 What base does Pyros need? +

Pyros is heavy: heater plus 160-190 kg of stones. The base must be heat-resistant, level and able to carry roughly 250 kg concentrated load.

03 How do I order the chimney set for Pyros? +

No. The chimney set is sold separately and should be added when you confirm the roof or wall route for the installation.

04 Are stones included with Pyros? +

Stones can be added as an extra on the product page. The correct amount for Pyros is 160-190 kg depending on model.

05 How long does Pyros take to heat the sauna? +

From cold to around 80°C in an 18-25 m³ sauna, allow roughly 45 to 90 minutes of active firing. The larger firebox and stone mass heat more slowly, but hold stronger heat afterwards.

06 How much firewood does Pyros use per session? +

For a full session in a large sauna, expect around 12-20 kg of dry firewood per heat-up depending on volume, outside temperature and firing rhythm.
