01 What is included with the Ergo ice bath? +

The Ergo ice bath includes the tub, external cooling unit, connection hoses, 2 paper filters, access step, app remote control, insulating cover, tools and instructions. Delivery, unloading, base preparation, socket, water and drainage are separate unless listed in your quote.

02 How much space and what base does Ergo need? +

Ergo is about 1015 mm in exterior diameter, 1050 mm tall and around 600 kg when full. Prepare a level base for that load and leave ventilated space for the external cooling unit.

03 What do I need to prepare before Ergo delivery? +

Prepare a stable 600 kg-rated base, water point, drainage, protected 230 V socket and a clear delivery path. Plan the cooling-unit position before delivery so the hoses reach and the unit can breathe.

04 What is Ergo ice bath maintenance like? +

Replace the paper filter about every 2 weeks. Drain and refill every 4 to 6 weeks, or sooner with heavy use. Keep the cover on between sessions and keep the cooling unit clean and ventilated.

05 How cold does Ergo get and stay? +

The unit cools down to about 3°C and holds your chosen temperature continuously. Most users set 8-12°C for regular use; colder settings are for shorter, more advanced plunges.

06 What warranty and support does Ergo include? +

Ergo includes a 3-year Saunamo warranty against manufacturing defects on the tub, cooling unit and integrated electronics, with direct Saunamo support after purchase.
