The tall column of exposed stones gives an electric sauna softer steam, closer to a wood-fired feel than a compact wall heater can offer.

How to choose the output

Choose 6.6 kW for 6-9 m³, 9.0 kW for 8-15 m³, and 10.5 kW for 12-22 m³. Choose by the sauna’s heated volume.

With a lot of glass or weaker insulation, choose the model above.

02 Are stones included with Kajo? +

Stones can be added as an extra on the product page. The correct amount for Kajo is 80-100 kg depending on model.

03 What installation does Kajo require? +

Kajo needs a 400 V three-phase plus neutral supply installed by a qualified electrician. It is a free-standing floor heater, so leave clear space around the stone column.

04 Where do I install the Kajo panel and remote? +

The control panel is installed on the wall outside the sauna, near the door. The remote is used wirelessly inside the sauna.

05 How much more steam does Kajo produce than a compact heater? +

Kajo holds 80-100 kg of exposed stones, far more thermal mass than a compact 15-25 kg heater. Each ladle of water creates fuller, longer-lasting steam.
