01 What is included in the Vellamo base price? +

Every Vellamo includes the spa shell, Balboa Venice jets, integrated 2 kW Balboa heating, UV filter, paper filter with skimmer, remote control with app support, LED lights, ozone system, insulated cover and stairs. Delivery, unloading, base preparation and electrical work are separate unless they are listed in your quote.

02 How do I choose between Vellamo S, M, L, and XL? +

Vellamo S: compact 3-person spa for tighter spaces.
Vellamo M: 5-person layout with a balanced footprint.
Vellamo L: larger 6-person spa with more lounging space.
Vellamo XL: biggest format for larger groups and hospitality use.

Choose by the number of regular users, the available base area and the access route to site.

03 What does Plug & Play mean for Vellamo? +

Vellamo runs from a protected 230 V household socket, so it does not need a 400 V three-phase supply. The system stays under 3.5 kW, which makes installation simpler than many larger spas. Always use a properly protected outdoor socket.

04 What do I need to prepare for Vellamo installation? +

Prepare a level, weather-resistant base that can carry the filled spa, a clear access route for the pallet, a protected 230 V socket, water for filling and drainage for water changes. Leave working space around the service side.

05 What is Vellamo maintenance like? +

Check water chemistry regularly, rinse the paper filter monthly and change the water every 3 to 4 months depending on use. Keep the cover on between sessions to retain heat and reduce debris.

06 What warranty and winter use support does Vellamo include? +

Vellamo has a 3-year Saunamo warranty against manufacturing defects on the spa shell, jets, heating and integrated systems. It can be used year-round, including winter, when water care, cover use and freeze protection are handled correctly.
