01 What is included with the Ofuro ice bath? +

The Ofuro ice bath includes the tub, larger external cooling unit, connection hoses, 2 paper filters, access step, app remote control, insulating cover, tools and instructions. Delivery, unloading, base preparation, socket, water and drainage are separate unless listed in your quote.

02 How much space and what base does Ofuro need? +

Ofuro measures about 1900 × 1200 × 970 mm, holds 800 L and weighs around 950 kg when full. Prepare a level, load-bearing base for that weight, with enough access for the larger pallet and cooling unit.

03 What do I need to prepare before Ofuro delivery? +

Prepare a 950 kg-rated base, water point, drainage, protected 230 V socket and a clear delivery route. Plan the larger cooling-unit position so the hoses reach and ventilation is not restricted.

04 What is Ofuro ice bath maintenance like? +

Replace the paper filter about every 2 weeks. Drain and refill every 4 to 6 weeks, or sooner with frequent two-person use. Keep the cover on between sessions and keep the cooling unit clean and ventilated.

05 How cold does Ofuro get and stay? +

Ofuro cools down to about 3°C and holds the set temperature continuously. Its larger cooling unit is sized for the greater water volume, so it remains ready for repeated use.

06 What warranty and support does Ofuro include? +

Ofuro includes a 3-year Saunamo warranty against manufacturing defects on the tub, cooling unit and integrated electronics, with technical support and parts guidance after purchase.
