A clear path from order to first session
Before your Lumia is confirmed, Saunamo reviews the placement, crane access, structural base, heater choice and three-phase electrical requirements with you. Lumia arrives as a factory-complete sauna — fully assembled, painted and prewired, not a pallet of parts — and is lifted into its final position by crane. Once it is in place, a qualified electrician completes the final connection to the electrical cabinet at the rear.

02How does delivery work?+
Lumia is delivered fully assembled and placed by crane. The transport solution and price are confirmed for each address, after checking the access route and unloading area.
03What base do I need to prepare?+
Prepare a level, stable, weather-resistant structural base, sized for 2300 × 2200 mm — or 3250 × 2200 mm with the shower module. The team also confirms the space needed for the crane and for maintenance.
04What electrical connection do I need?+
The customer brings a three-phase cable to the electrical cabinet at the rear of the sauna. Cable sizing, protection and the final connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician, in line with local requirements.
05Does Lumia need to be assembled on site?+
No. Lumia arrives fully assembled at the factory, painted and prewired. On site, only crane placement and the final connections are done.
06What is the production and delivery time?+
If the model is in stock, the usual lead time is 2 weeks. If it is built to order, the usual lead time is 8–10 weeks.
07What do the warranty and after-sales support cover?+
Lumia includes a 3-year factory warranty. The Saunamo team supports the technical validation, delivery and after-sales; the applicable conditions are confirmed in the project proposal.
08Can I use the sauna year-round? And how does the wood age?+
Yes. Lumia is fully insulated and built for outdoor use, with an EPDM roof, metal frame and selected timber. The estimated lifespan is 50 years when installation and maintenance are correct.
