02 How much space should I set aside? +

The Cube an outer diameter of 1050 mm and a height of 880 mm, and weighs approximately 600 kg when full; therefore, the base must be level and capable of supporting this weight. Allow additional space for the lid, the step, the cooling unit, and unobstructed access for maintenance. The cooling unit requires a well-ventilated area and must never be enclosed.

03 Where should the cooling unit be located? +

The cooling unit should be placed near the bathtub, in a well-ventilated and accessible area. It requires a stable base, good air circulation, and a nearby 230V outlet with a safety cover. The unit measures 565 × 339 × 433 mm, and the control box measures 650 × 450 × 550 mm.

04 What do I need to prepare before delivery? +

Prepare a level, stable base capable of supporting the full weight of the unit, a water supply for filling, a drain for water changes, and a protected 230V outlet. The access route to the location must also be clear to allow for the passage of the tank and the cooling unit.

05 What maintenance does the Cube require? +

Change the water as needed and replace the filter every 2 weeks. Keep the lid on when the tub is not in use, and keep the cooling unit clean, well-ventilated, and accessible.
