Thanks to Saunamo for the sauna. Of the various sauna options presented by the company, I chose the one that suited my needs. The sauna was manufactured and delivered on time. There was a hitch in the delivery of the required wood stove, but Saunamo also solved the problem. The company employs experienced specialists from Finland, to whom sauna culture is historically very close. Keep it up!

The kit was assembled by us - possible for anyone with some assembly experience. There were a few problems with the delivery but they were resolved promptly, the customer service is very good, it was always easy to get in touch.

Saunamo built a sauna for us last winter and what can I say - we're amazed at the quality, customer service, design and functionality. It wasn't an easy job, since we live in as remote a location as possible, but they had no fear and they pulled it off. We use the sauna frequently (3-4 times a week) and are absolutely delighted with it. Last summer, the wood was moving a bit due to the temperature changes and there was a small opening. Saunamo repaired it immediately - something that is quite rare in customer service these days. Communication was always fast and reliable and issues were resolved immediately. So if you're buying a sauna, choose these guys!
